      따라서 본 발명에 의하면, 액자패널의 각 끼움블록결합홈에 대한 끼움블록의 선택적 결합을 통해 책상이나 탁자의 바닥면에 액자를 세우는 스탠드형태나 또는 벽에 액자를 거는 벽걸이형태를 종방향 또는 횡방향 형태로 간편하게 전환시켜 사용할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 상기 끼움블록의 양단에 인서트 사출된 제1각도조절힌지봉과 끼움블록 간의 마찰에 의한 회동억지력을 통해 액자지지대가 액자패널의 배면(背面)으로부터 180도 범위 내에서 무단(無段)으로 회동됨에 따른 액자패널의 다양한 경사지지각도를 구현할 수 있음과 동시에 외부 충격이나 진동 작용 시에도 상기 마찰에 의한 회동억지력을 통해 경사 조절된 액자패널의 지지각도 그대로 안정되게 지지 및 유지할 수 있으며, 특히 볼체인을 통해 다수의 액자를 연결하여 다단 형태로서 벽걸이용으로 사용할 수 있음에 따라 장소에 구애없이 사용자가 목적한 상태 즉, 스탠드형이나 벽걸이용으로 간편하게 사용할 수 있음과 아울러, 상기 액자패널에 사진 대신 거울용 유리판을 설치할 경우 액자에서 거울로 용도변경 역시 간편하게 이루어질 수 있는 등의 탁월한 효과가 있다.
