    • The present invention relates to a microalgae culture medium used for producing bio oil and, more particularly, to a microalgae culture medium used for culturing microalgae, comprising: a culture container in a circular or rectangular shape having a specific depth, into which microalgae-containing water is put; an air passage member, which is a passage for circulating microalgae in the culture container and for injecting air to supply CO2, wherein one end thereof passes through an outer surface in the lower part of the culture container so as to enter the inside of the culture container; an air pump for injecting air, whereby the other end thereof is connected with the other end of the air passage member; and power for energy transfer, whereby one end thereof is connected with the air pump. Additionally, the culture container is characterized by being made of material into which light penetrate.
