    • PURPOSE: An organic electroluminescent device having high colorimetric purity is provided to improve the color purity by forming an adjustable organic electroluminescent layer. CONSTITUTION: The organic electroluminescent device having high colorimetric purity comprises a transparent substrate, an electroluminescent layer, a metallic electrode layer, a hole transport layer, and an electron transport layer. The electroluminescent layer has blue electroluminescent material and doping material whose band gap is over the 2.65 eV. An indium tin oxide(ITO) is coated on a glass substrate to form the transparent substrate. The hole transport agents include N,N'-diphenyl-N,N'-bis(3-methylphenyl)-1, 1'-diphenyl-4,4'-diamine(TPD).

    • PURPOSE: An organic light emitting device using siloxane or siloxane derivatives as an encapsulation is provided to increase a reliability of an organic light emitting device by providing a siloxane or a siloxane derivative. CONSTITUTION: An organic light emitting device using a siloxane or a siloxane derivative as an encapsulation comprises two contact electrodes(12,16) and an organic area. In the two contact electrodes, one electrode is operated as a positive pole and the other is operated as a negative pole. The organic area emits the light from its inside by an electroluminescence when a voltage is applied between two contact electrodes. A part of a light emitting portion is covered with siloxane. The siloxane comprises an optical element arranged within a light path.
