    • PURPOSE: An organic light-emitting device having perylene/polyetherimide layer and a preparation method thereof are provided to enhance the reliability and be capable of color adjustment by distributing the perylene of light-emitting material into thermally stable soluble polyetherimide to form an organic light-emitting layer. CONSTITUTION: The organic light-emitting device comprises a flat glass(1), a transparent anode(2), an organic light-emitting layer(3), an electron implantation electrode(4), and a DC source(5). The organic light-emitting layer(3) is composed of perylene and polyetherimide. Solution in which the perylene and polyetherimide are solved with the weight ratio of 5:95-60:40 and the concentration of 0.3-10 wt% into solvent is coated on the transparent anode(2), thereby forming the organic light-emitting layer(3).

    • PURPOSE: An organic light-emitting device having improved stability is provided to have excellent heat resistance, thin film property and stability by forming a hole carrier layer as a mixed layer composed of hole carrier material and fluoro polymer and making a light emission/electron carrier film as a mixed layer of light-emitting material and polyimide polymer. CONSTITUTION: The organic light-emitting device comprises a flat glass(a), an ITO layer(b), a hole carrier film(c), a light emission/electron carrier film(d) and a cathode(e). The hole carrier film(c) comprises hole carrier material and fluoro polymer. The light emission/electron carrier film(d) comprises light-emitting material and polyimide. A host-guest system is applied to the hole carrier film(c) and light emission/electron carrier film(d) for the stability of the organic light-emitting device.

    • PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing an organic/inorganic mixed electroluminescent device is provided to improve electroluminescent efficiency by doping an organic electroluminescent material on an electroluminescent layer. CONSTITUTION: An organic/inorganic mixed electroluminescent device comprises a transparent anode electrode(2), an organic/inorganic mixed electroluminescent layer(3), and a cathode metal electrode(4). A mixed solution is obtained by diffusing an organic electroluminescent material to a sol solution of SiO2. The mixed solution is coated on the transparent anode electrode(2). A heating process for the transparent anode electrode(2) coated with the mixed solution is performed. Accordingly, the organic/inorganic mixed electroluminescent device is formed by doping the organic electroluminescent material on a three-dimensional web structure of SiO3.
