    • PURPOSE: A hydraulic system for an option device of heavy equipment is provided to make a control valve assembly small and compact and to reduce the manufacturing cost by supplying working fluid to the option device without changing the structure of the control valve assembly. CONSTITUTION: A hydraulic system for an option device(A) of heavy equipment is composed of a plurality of hydraulic pumps(P1,P2,P3); a plurality of main control valves(C3) switched in supplying pilot signal pressure(Pi3) to feed working fluid discharged from the hydraulic pumps into left and right traveling motors and an operation machine; a pilot pump(P4) for supplying the pilot signal pressure to the main control valves and switching the control valves; a straight driving control valve(C4) for joining together, equally distributing, and supplying the fluid discharged from plural hydraulic pumps to the left and right traveling motors; and a control valve(C5) for the option device switched by the pilot signal pressure at the same time as the straight driving control valve to supply the working fluid discharged from the straight driving control valve pump to a separate option device. The straight driving control valve is switched by the pilot signal pressure supplied from the pilot pump to cut off the working fluid delivered to the traveling motors.

    • PURPOSE: A car for assembling a ship propeller is provided to easily adjust the gaps formed between the shaft and the inner part of the boss, while achieving improved safety for an assembly of the propeller to the shaft. CONSTITUTION: A car(1) comprises a pair of columns(6a,6b) arranged to be movable relatively to a car body(2) having a plurality of wheels(3), wherein the columns move in a vertical direction by a height adjustment unit; and a car body moving unit mounted to the columns, which moves the car body in a direction perpendicular to a rail. One of the columns is equipped with a propeller support cylinder(18) for supporting the rear portion of a propeller(P), and transferred by a forward and rearward transfer cylinder(9). The other column is equipped with a hub support plate(7) for supporting the front portion of the propeller, and transferred and adjusted by an eccentricity adjustment cylinder(10a).

CONSTITUTION: When operating plural air cylinders(7a, 7b) in a device for moving cylinder rods(5a, 5b) forward and backward at the same speed, plural compartments, rods(5a,5b), and plural pistons(16a, 16b, 18a, 18b) are installed to the internal side of a blow casing(10a, 10b). Plural double cylinders(7a, 7b) moving the cylinder rod forward and backward by using each compartment and piston are prepared. When the rods of the double cylinders move forward and backward, hydraulic oil of the upper compartments is mutually exchanged, and the speed of the forward and backward movement of the rods is tuned.
