    • PURPOSE: A directly heating hot air drier is provided to increase drying efficiency by heating a plurality of gravels and metal beads which are put on a dry plate and directly contacting with a sludge. CONSTITUTION: A directly heating hot air drier comprises a rotary shaft(70), a dry plate(20), a hot-air blower(30), a plurality of gravels and metal beads(21), a hot air supplying pipe(40), and a mobile tool. The rotary shaft is installed along a center of a main body. The dry plate is connected to the rotary shaft and rotates to dry input sludge. The hot-air blower supplies hot air at a high temperature to heat up the dry plate with heat. The plurality of gravels and metal beads are put on the dry plate and directly contact with the sludge which is heated up by the hot air supplied by the hot-air blower to dry the sludge. The hot air supplying pipe is installed at a distance upward from the dry plate at a predetermined height, and a plurality of through-holes for delivering the hot air supplied from the hot-air blower to the dry plate are formed in the hot air supplying pipe. The mobile tool gradually moves the sludge supplied to the dry plate to a center part or an outer edge portion of the dry plate to eject the sludge to the outside.

CONSTITUTION: The solid separating apparatus comprises a segregation chamber(110); a inlet tube(130); a filter(180): a solid material outlet pipe(140); and a moisture outflow pipe(150). The filter is arranged within the segregation chamber and passes moisture to an upper inner area of the segregation chamber. The solid material outlet pipe is connected to the bottom of the segregation chamber. The moisture outflow pipe is connected to the top of the segregation chamber. The filter includes a first screen(182) and a second screen(186). The first screen is arranged horizontally in the segregation chamber and has first filter balls which pass only moisture, and first protrusions arranged in between the fist filter balls. The second screen is arranged horizontally on the top of the first screen and has second filter balls which pass only moisture, and second protrusions arranged in between the second filter balls The first protrusions remove solid materials which clogs the second filter balls, and each first protrusion is arranged to face each second filter ball. The second protrusions remove the solid materials which clog the first filter balls, and each second protrusion is arranged to face each first filter ball.

    • PURPOSE: A dual pipe type rotary scum skimmer and a sludge collector with the same is provided to effectively collect and remove scum without dispersing the scum by cutting scum floating on the surface of raw water as an outer pipe rotates. CONSTITUTION: A dual pipe type rotary scum skimmer comprises an outer pipe (100), an inner pipe (200), and a connecting member (320). The outer pipe comprises an opening portion(110), at least one or more cutting portions(120), and a bent portion(130). One end of the cutting portion cuts the scum floated on the raw water surface while rotation by being extended in an arch shape from the opening portion. The bent portion with another side of the cutting portion bent downwards collects the scum passing through the cutting portion. The inner pipe is arranged in the outer pipe concentrically interlocking the lower part of the bent portion to be to the outer circumference surface and a slit portion(210) is cut following a length direction of the upper part of the inner pipe. The inner pipe discharges the collected scum inside the bent portion through the slit portion in the process of rotating the outer pipe. The connecting member connects the outer pipe and the inner pipe. The outer pipe collects scum rotating in accordance with the circumference of the outer pipe. The collected scum is inserted into the inner pipe through the slit portion while the bent portion of the outer part passes through the slit portion of the inner pipe in accordance with the rotation of the outer pipe. The water tight is kept between the circumference of the inner pipe and the lower part of the bent portion being combined with the packing member in the lower part of the bent portion which is interlocked with the circumference of the inner pipe. The dispersion or the overflow of the scum during the collection of scum as an area made by at least one of the cutting portion, the bent portion or the inner pipe is formed not to be sealed from the outer air when one or more of the cutting portion cuts the floating scum on the surface of the raw water.
