    • PURPOSE: A condensation dehumidifier is provided to improve the efficiency of a drying process by re-supplying a part of heated air emitted from the drying process without passing through a condenser. CONSTITUTION: A main body(100) includes a target receiving part(110), an inlet(120), and an outlet(130). A drying unit(200) supplies heated air into the target receiving part through the inlet. The heated air discharged from the outlet is cooled and condensed to be separated into condensed water and dry air in a condensing unit(300). The outlet and the condensing unit are connected by a first pipe(400), and the first pipe transfers the heated air into the condensing unit. A second pipe connects the condensing unit and the drying unit and transfers the dry air to the drying unit. A junction pipe(600) is branched from the first pipe and is in connected with the second pipe.

    • A control method of a gas type clothes dryer is provided to prevent the gas leak by accurately detecting the flame by re-operating a flame sensor after cooling. A control method of a gas type clothes dryer is as follows. A dry process of the gas type clothed dryer is progressed(S10). The temporarily suspended of the dry process is determined(S14). If it is determined as temporarily stop the gas supply is suspended(S16). A re-operating process is determined(S18). If it is reactivated, a cooling process is performed for specific hours(S20). A state of a flame sensor is checked(S22). If there is the flame, the re-operation is determined, if the flame sensor re-operates, the cooling process is performed for the specific hours. If no, the dry process is re-operated.

    • A safety duct for a dryer is provided to prevent explosion caused by increasing inner pressure by installing a check damper at the other wall of a duct casing and dispersing inner pressure to one direction. In a duct casing(11) of a safety duct comprises an inlet(13), an opening unit(14), and a shutter operator(16). The inlet for dried air is connected to one wall of the duct casing. The dried air is supplied from an organic solvent recollecting device. The opening unit opened and closed by a shutter(15) is formed at the other wall of the duct casing. The shutter is rotated around a shutter shaft. The shutter operator is installed at an outer surface of the duct casing to rotate the shutter around the shutter shaft. The shutter operator is operated by a sensor or a controller for the organic solvent recollecting device. A check damper is installed at the other wall of the duct casing to dispersed inner pressure to one direction.

    • 음식물쓰레기를 위시하여 부패하기 쉬운 함수(含水)쓰레기를 탈수 탈취 건조처리하기 위한 것으로서, 다량의 습기를 가지고 투입되는 쓰레기를 건조처리함에 있어, 밀폐된 기기장치의 내부에서 공기를 가열하여 일정한 온도의 고온으로 된 공기를 처리물로 순환시켜서 처리물의 습기를 증발하고 응축부로 순환하여 외기에 의해 냉각되어 수증기는 물로 응축되면서 공기중의 습기가 제거되어 건조공기로 바뀌는 습도변환에 의한 건조기능을 수행하고, 동시에 공기중에 섞여 있는 악취도 수증기와 함께 응집됨과 동시 생성된 물기에 의해 수세됨으로서 제거되는 응집수세탈취의 기능을 하게되며, 이러한 과정을 반복하면서 습기를 제거하여 처리물을 건조하고 악취를 제거하는 탈취 건조 처리 유니트로서, 이 유니트는 내부공기의 순환을 위한 송풍장치 와 가열부, 증발부, 응축부를 기본요소로 하여 순환계통을 구성하고, 건조할 처리물을 수용하는 수납상을 내장하고 이 수납상은 교반장치를 가지며 이러한 기능은 공기의 외부와의 흡입 배출 없이 모두 밀폐된 장치의 내부에서 이루어지며 다만 응축수 만을 배출할 뿐이다. 이렇게 구성한 유니트를 이용하여 싱크대 부착형 음식물쓰레기 처리기, 쓰레기통형 음식물쓰레기 처리기 및 빌트인 형 음식물쓰레기 처리기 등의 형식으로 실시할 수 있는 탈취건조처리기에 관한 것이다.
