    • PURPOSE: A semiconductor device manufacturing method which includes annealing processes is provided to prevent degradation of electrical properties of a semiconductor device by effectively curing dangling bonds formed on a gate insulating film. CONSTITUTION: A gate structure(110) which includes a gate electrode and a gate insulating film is formed on a substrate. A first interlayer insulating film(120) is formed on the substrate with a hydrogen bond by covering the gate structure. Hydrogen inside the first interlayer insulating film is eliminated by performing a first annealing process under a gas atmosphere not including hydrogen. A second annealing process is performed under a gas atmosphere including hydrogen.

    • PURPOSE: A chromatic aberration removal method and a device thereof are provided to remove chromatic aberration regardless of lens characteristic by filtering only a chromatic signal in a luminance/chrominance coordinate system through an asymmetry mask according to property of chromatic aberration generation. CONSTITUTION: A YUV converter(110) converts an RGB signal into a YUV signal. In order to create a chromatic signal for chromatic aberration compensation, a chromatic signal generator(130) filters the chromatic signal through an asymmetry mask according to an area. A chromatic signal combiner(150) combines information about chromatic aberration generation, the chromatic signal for the chromatic aberration compensation and an input chromatic signal. An RGB converter(160) proceeds signal conversion through a final chromatic signal and a brightness signal of the YUV converter.

A chromaticity signal filtering unit(123) generates a chromaticity signal for compensating chromatic aberration.

    • A cell capacity enhancement method and apparatus through optical signal combining between RSs(Relay Stations) in a cellular system using wireline RSs are provided to increase the overall cell transmission capacity by improving QoS(Quality of Service). A BS(Base Station) receives a signal of an MS(Mobile Station) from each RS and the MS and transmits data to each RS and the MS. A plurality of RSs transfer information of MSs of a corresponding coverage to the BS and allocate resources to a corresponding MS. A plurality of MSs are allocated resources by the MS and the respective RS and perform updating. The BS collectively perform resource allocation and scheduling upon receiving feedback an average C/I(Carrier-to-Interference ratio) of the MS from the respective RS and the MS. The RS transfers relevant information of the MS of the corresponding coverage to the BS, independently perform scheduling on packets to be transferred to the corresponding MS, and performs resource allocation from the BS to the corresponding MS.

    • A cleaning method of a process chamber is provided to optimize a time point for cleaning automatically according to the amount of residues by adding up a thickness of thin films and byproducts defined at a recipe. A first step, a recipe is selected for defining limit a value, and process progress conditions including thicknesses of a thin film and a byproducts(S10). A second step, a thin film process is performed by preparing a predetermined processed article within a process chamber(S20). A third step, the limit value is compared to an accumulated value of the thicknesses(S40). A fifth step, a cleaning process is performed to the inside of the process chamber, if the accumulated value is larger than the limit value(S50).

    • A driving apparatus and a liquid crystal display device having the same are provided to suppress a horizontal stripe error on an LCD panel by masking an undesired vertical synchronization start signal during initial booting and resolution mode conversion processes. An apparatus for driving an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) device includes a signal controller(600) and a signal masking unit(610). The signal controller generates gate and data control signals for driving an LCD panel. The signal masking unit includes a memory, a counter, and an output unit. The number of reference pixels in a vertical direction which is set according to the resolution of the LCD panel is stored on the memory. The counter counts the number of gate clock signals from application timing of a vertical synchronization start signal and provides a mask signal which represents end timing of the counting process. The output unit delivers the vertical synchronization start signal in response to the mask signal.
