A method for preparing the catalyst includes the following: a first solution with dissolved lanthanum, platinum, and a transition metal precursors and a second solution with dissolved citric acid and ethylene glycol are mixed; a support is arranged in the mixed solution; the mixed solution is heated at a temperature between 100 and 140 degrees Celsius for 2 to 5 hours to obtain amorphous perovskite composite; the perovskite composite is dried at a temperature between 80 and 120 degrees Celsius for 2 to 5 hours; the dried perovskite composite is ground and thermally treated for 1 to 3 hours; the thermally treated perovskite composite is thermally treated for 3 to 7 hours.
