The spindle includes a chuck(112) for catching the waste oil filter. The cutter cuts the waste oil filter fixed to the chuck. The body and cap discharger separates the cut waste oil filter into the body and the cap, and discharges the separated body and cap. The supply part supplies the waste oil filter received from a pusher to the chuck.
