摘要： The present invention relates to a sound absorption air duct for a vehicle, and, more specifically, to a sound absorption air duct for a vehicle, which is manufactured through the simplification of a process of bonding a polyurethane film on non-woven fabric so that the sound absorption performance of an intake system can be improved. Thus, the sound absorption air duct for a vehicle and a manufacturing method thereof are capable of not only easily absorbing discharge noise generated from an engine and noise caused by air flow, but also easily blocking foreign matters such as water or dust from the outside by winding a film member-integrated non-woven fabric, a nylon wire, and a hot melt into the air duct, wherein the film member-integrated non-woven fabric is formed by integrally and closely bonding the non-woven fabric on a film member after spreading an adhesive on the film member.

CONSTITUTION: An apparatus(20) includes a housing(13) installed to an upper part of an air cleaner cover(11), and connected with an inside of a cover(18); a piston rod(15) installed in the housing, elastically supported by a spring(14), and movable upward depending on fluctuation of flow rate in the cover; an indicator(16) attached to an upper end of the piston rod, exposed to the outside, and indicating change of position of the piston rod; and the cover assembled to an upper end of the housing, storing an upper end of the piston rod and the indicator, and having an indication part formed on a front side thereof to indicate level of the indicator. The piston rod in the housing is placed parallel to flowing direction of air passing an air cleaner filter.

A check valve(13) is formed at a predetermined portion of the vacuum hose(11) so as to prevent fuel evaporating gas from being discharged to an atmosphere.
