摘要： PURPOSE: A method and device for drying artificial turf structure are provided to shorten times for manufacturing the artificial turf structure by drying a support layer with a high moisture content. CONSTITUTION: A device for drying artificial turf structure (100) comprises a supply unit, a transfer unit, and a microwave radiating device (220). The supply unit supplies the artificial turf structure to the drying device. The artificial turf structure is equipped with a support layer (160), a bubble layer (140), and an artificial turf file (120) in which are successively laminated. The support layer is formed by one among latex, acrylic resin, or styrene butadiene rubber. The bubble layer is formed in a fabric, textile, or nonwoven type. The artificial turf file is made of polyolefin fiber or polyamide fiber inserted into the bubble layer. The transfer unit transfers the artificial turf structure. The microwave radiating device radiates microwaves on the support layer of the artificial turf structure.

摘要： PURPOSE: An artificial turf structure, a manufacturing method, and a manufacturing device thereof are provided to securely fix pile yarns without an additional latex coating process. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing device(100) of an artificial turf structure comprises a foam sheet supply unit(110), a weaving unit(120), and a thermal bonding unit(130). The foam sheet supply unit supplies first and second foam sheets which form a first structure. The weaving unit forms a second structure by turfing pile yarns on the top of the first structure. Portions of the pile yarns penetrating through the first structure are exposed to the bottom surface of the second structure. The thermal bonding unit compresses the second structure using tension and thermally fuses the pile yarns exposed to the bottom surface of the second structure.

An artificial lawn coating apparatus(100) transfers the raw material layer and an artificial lawn pile(10) formed of the yarn that is piloerected through the raw material layer. The artificial lawn coating apparatus makes the yarn to face a lower part and passes a coating unit(110), which spreads out and dries the raw material using hot air, wherein a container(111) including a functional composition is installed in the coating unit, and thus the transferred yarn is embedded in the functional composition so that the functional material is coated on the surface of the yarn and coated by hot air.
