    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a linear beam type microwave tube having a collector part of a cooling structure capable of avoiding direct current field concentration near a contact plug tip part, realizing a long-life life of an insulated hose and improving reliability to coolant leakage. SOLUTION: In this linear beam type microwave tube, a collector side contact plug 2 through which coolant goes in and out of a coolant passage formed around a collector and an earth side contact plug 21 connected to a coolant supply side are connected through an insulated hose 1. The connection part of the insulated hose 1 and the contact plug 2 has a structure in which a conductive pipe 3 inserted in an outer peripheral part of the insulated hose 1 is fastened tight with a hose band 6. In this conductive pipe 3, a slit 5 is formed in an end part so that the insulated hose 1 is fastened tight, a claw 4 is formed at the tip end of the end part to contacted with the collector side contact plug 2, and in the other end part, for example, a flare-like cylindrical part extended to the other end part side (earth side contact plug side) of the insulated hose 1 is formed.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide miniaturization, reduction of an operation cost, facilitation of operability and improvement of reliability. SOLUTION: This device is equipped with a gyrotron tube 1 in which an electron gun 2, a cavity 3, a collector 4 and an output window 5 are installed successively from one end to the other end side, a permanent magnet 20 formed cylindrically so as to enclose the gyrotron tube 1 concentrically for generating an axial direction magnetic field necessary for the operation of the gyrotron tube 1, and electromagnets 30, 50 arranged between the permanent magnet 20 and the gyrotron tube 1 for correcting the magnetic field of the permanent magnet 20. As the electromagnets 30, 50 are arranged outside the gyrotron tube 1 and the permanent magnet 20 is arranged outside the electromagnets 30, 50, the electromagnets 30, 50 assist the axial direction magnetic field necessary for the operation of the gyrotron tube 1 generated by the permanent magnet 20. Therefore, the electromagnets 30, 50 can be thinned, and the diameter of a space part on the axis formed on the permanent magnet 20 for inserting the gyrotron tube 1 and the electromagnets 30, 50 can be reduced, to thereby miniaturize the gyrotron tube 1 and the gyrotron device.
