摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a phase synchronization error correction system for remote communication where a transmission efficiency is improved or frequencies are utilized effectively. SOLUTION: This system is provided with a feedback loop that is used to roughly correct an output timing in accordance with a reference timing received for a communication satellite 1 by a ground station 2 in the case of initial synchronization of its timing and also in accordance with distance information stored in advance in a distance rough information section 25, to provide the output timing to the communication satellite 1 in a prescribed format, to compare with the reference timing the output timing detected from the signal in the prescribed format received by the communication satellite 1 and corrected roughly, to send the difference to the ground station 2 as error information, and to apply fine correction to the output timing, based on the error information received by the ground station 2. The distance information may be obtained by position information that is sent/received between the communication satellite 1 and other satellites, and the communication satellite 1 detects a timing outside of a prescribed range of the information signal and uses correction required information to conduct the initial synchronization.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the size and weight of a device that needs a large phase variable amount without applying a multistage constitution to a phase shifter by connecting a susceptance in parallel to varactor diode between two output ports of a hybrid and the ground. SOLUTION: The signal inputted via an RF input terminal 3 is divided by a hybrid 2, and these divided signals are reflected on a varactor diode 1 and a susceptance 6 and then synthesized again by the hybrid 2. Then the synthetic signal is outputted via an RF output terminal 5. The phase variable degree is increased by addition of the optimum susceptance accordant with the working frequency and with use of the susceptance that is synthesized with the diode 1. When the optimum susceptance has the negative value, a negative susceptance is secured by means of a capacitor. Meanwhile, a positive susceptance is secured by means of a capacitor and an inductance if the optimum susceptance has the positive value.

SOLUTION: In a measurement point (a black triangular mark) being provided with a specific interval from an end face on a micro strip (transmission line) 5, the change in an amplitude and a phase for a propagation direction are measured for the electric field constituent of electromagnetic waves being propagated through a line 5, by bringing an element whose refractive index changes due to an electric field. For measurement, an ultrahigh-speed voltage waveform measuring device E-O prober of a non-contact electric field sensor is used. The propagation speed of a waveform when the transmission line 5 exists depends on the relative electric constant of a substrate and the attenuation of the waveform depends on the dielectric tangent, thus obtaining an RMS relative dielectric constant and a dielectric loss by obtaining the amount of phase and the amount of attenuation from attenuation at each measurement point and the change in an electric field phase and substituting the value into a specific expression.

A difference of the carrier output setting level between the small frequency bands adjacent to the divided each small bands is made into 1/n of the dynamic range and a channel of the small frequency bands corresponding to the carrier output setting level requested from each of the mobile terminal station is assigned to the mobile terminal station in accordance with the propagation state.
