    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive medium processing apparatus in which the life of a process liquid injection head for injecting a processing liquid to a photosensitive medium having relatively small width can be extended.
      SOLUTION: A coating head 23 is rotated around the center position in the width direction of a film 2 in a plane parallel to the film 2, on the basis of the width of the film 2, so that the outermost two injection holes 23a in a plurality of injection holes 23a on the injection face of the coating head 23 are made coincident with the either end of the film 2 in the width direction. A developing solution is applied on the film 2 by injecting the developing solution through all of the injection holes 23a of the coating head 23 while controlling the injection timing in such a manner that the narrower the film 2 is, that is, the narrower the spacing of injection holes 23a is in the direction orthogonal to the carrying direction of the film 2, the longer the injection interval of the developing solution from the injection holes 23a becomes, so as to uniformly apply the developing solution on the film 2.

A motor control section 72 controls a motor 26 so that a developing solution is discharged from the coating nozzle 23 until the rear end of the final image of the film 2 reaches the position opposite to the coating nozzle 23, and immediately after that, the motor control section 72 controls a motor 126 so that the developing solution near the head of the coating nozzle 23 is sucked into the coating nozzle 23.
