摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To semipermanently recycle a decomposing medium and to make periodical disposal of the medium unnecessary by forming a polypropylene resin or the like into a hollow cylinder. SOLUTION: This decomposing medium material 1 is obtd. by forming a polypropylene resin or the like into a hollow cylinder. The decomposing medium material 1 is a cylinder 3 having specified length and thickness and a hollow part 2, and it is made as a porous body having micropores 4. The material has enough hardness not to cause fracture of the shape by agitation. In the forming process, a foaming agent of the resin is used, and an inorg. additive is used to keep the hardness and to increase the specific gravity. Zeolite and an ion exchange resin are used together with the decomposing medium material 1, and further it is effective to use ferrous sulfate, copper chlorophyllin sodium or the like. Or, it is also effective to mix carbon black and gypsum. Thereby, since the decomposing medium 1 to be attached to a cylindrical porous rotation treating tank is made of a resin as the main material, its limit for continuous use is semipermanent and the running cost can be reduced.
