    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle air conditioner capable of satisfying a rapid heating request in a power generation engine-mounted vehicle.SOLUTION: A REX 10 has a normal mode, and a heat generation mode larger in a heat generation quantity than the normal mode, as modes in which a power generation engine 21 charges a battery 14. Waste heat from the power generation engine 21 is collected by a waste heat collector 42 that is a waste heat collection unit. Therefore, the waste heat collector 42 can increase a heat quantity of the collected heat in the heat generation mode as compared with the normal mode. As a result, even if a vehicle cabin cannot be heated up to a set temperature within set time using only a heater 41, the heat quantity in the heat generation mode enables the air supplied into the vehicle cabin to be heated in shorter time.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating system for a motorcycle for heating a rider's body by using the heat of a muffler of the motorcycle.
      SOLUTION: An apparatus 1 for covering the muffler of the motorcycle is fitted, and air is passed between the muffler and the apparatus 1 by the propulsive force. The air warmed by the heat of the muffler is sent to the rider through a tubular pipe 2 fixed to a deck of a car body. It is more effective to provide an opening/closing cock 3 at the fixing position and to open it after the muffler is warmed. The rider wears clothes provided with a suction opening 4 and a discharge opening 5, and the suction opening is installed in an air injection opening 6. The discharge opening 5 can be provided in a tip of an arm of the clothes to efficiently circulate the warmed air.
