    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting tool that performs cutting without being affected by chips produced with a tip-side blade part even when the cutting tool has a plurality of blade parts in an axial direction, and which achieves improved cutting precision.SOLUTION: A drill reamer 10 includes: drill blades 18a-18d which are formed atop a body 12; first reamer blade parts 22a, 22b which project radially outward relative to the drill blades 18a-18d; and second reamer blade parts 24a, 24b which are provided on base sides of the first reamer blade parts 22a, 22b. The drill reamer further includes drill discharge grooves 20a, 20b where chips are discharged when the cutting is carried out with the drill blade parts 18a-18d, and first reamer discharge grooves 26a, 26b where chips are discharged when the cutting is carried out with the first reamer blade parts 22a, 22b, wherein the drill discharge grooves and the first reamer discharge grooves are communicated with each other on a base end side (in the direction of an arrow B) of the body 12. Second reamer discharge grooves 28a, 28b are formed not to communicate with the drill discharge grooves 20a, 20b and first reamer discharge grooves 26a, 26b.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drill reamer having a sufficient guide function and enabling excellent chip evacuation.SOLUTION: The drill reamer 1 includes: a pair of drill grooves 12a, 12b formed in a drill body 11 and chips 31a, 31b for drill blade provided at the rear edges in the rotation direction of the drill grooves; and a pair of reamer grooves 13a, 13b and chips 32a, 32b for reamer blade provided at the rear edges in the rotation direction of the reamer grooves. The drill body 11 includes first round lands 35a, 35b continued to the chips 31a, 31b for drill blade and having substantially the same diameter as the maximum outer diameter of the chips 32a, 32b for reamer blade, and second round lands 37a, 37b continued to the chips 32a, 32b for reamer blade and having substantially the same diameter as the maximum outer diameter of the chips. The drill grooves 12a, 12b are substantially isosceles triangles in cross-sectional view. At the front edges in the rotation direction thereof, third round lands 38a, 38b having substantially the same diameter as the second round lands 37a, 37b are formed.
