摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder production apparatus which realizes the stabilization of electrodes and the production of high quality powder, and facilitates the increase of apparatus capacity.
SOLUTION: A powder production apparatus 1 is provided with: a cylindrical reaction part 23 to which fine mist comprising a powder raw material is supplied; and a group of electrodes 41 connected in the relation of 1 to 1 to each secondary terminal of each phase in a polyphase alternating current transformer 42 for transforming a three phase alternating current fed from a commercial power source into a polyphase alternating current via a plurality of single phase transformers. The tip parts of the electrodes are located with uniform distances around the axial center of the reaction part 23 and arranged so that the phase difference between the adjoining tip parts is made mutually equal. Each electrode 41 forms a plasma space 43.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a contact resistance or the like caused by a poor contact between contacted surfaces to be reduced by a method wherein copper powder is melt injected against a connecting surface of an electrode holder for an aluminum electrical conductive arm and also a connecting surface of a water-cooled cable. SOLUTION: An electrode holder connecting part 10b is worked into a copper electrical contact point by a method wherein copper powder is melt injected to a connecting surface of an aluminum terminal plate 10x with a thickness of about 2mm to 3mm, for example, thereafter the surface of the hot melt injected copper is machined into an electrical contact point made of copper having a thickness of about 1mm by a machining method such as a grinding machining method or a cutting machining method or the like. Then, in order to increase a connecting strength of the electrical contact point, a diffusion processing is carried out for the terminal. Then, another aluminum plate 10i or the like is formed into a desired shape and welded to it, thereafter a heat treatment is carried out for it to eliminate a strain caused by the welding operation. In addition, a water-cooled cable connecting part 10c is constructed such that copper powder is melt injected to each of the connecting surfaces of the two aluminum plates 10r, thereafter an electrical contact point 10t made of copper having a thickness of about 1mm, for example, is arranged to perform a diffusion processing and an aluminum plate 10r or ribs 10s is welded.
