    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a communication device to reduce an effect of a notch with a simpler device configuration.SOLUTION: A communication device comprises: a modulation unit 141 which transmits a plurality of signals modulated by using frequencies equal in number to the number of the signals, or more; and a frequency allocation unit 122 for allocating the plurality of signals to the frequencies respectively. The frequency allocation unit generates numerical values corresponding in number to the number of the signals by using an M-sequence, and allocates the plurality of signals to the frequencies respectively on the basis of the numerical values. Using the M-sequence makes it possible to randomly allocate the signals to the frequencies, and avoid continuing to allocate the same signal to a vicinity of a notch. Thereby, an effect of the notch can be reduced. For example, data lost in the vicinity of the notch can be restored by using error correction.
