SOLUTION: An individual current control part is installed to each motor winding system of the multiwinding motor that constitutes a hoist 6 for hoisting and lowering a basket 8, and the same torque commands are given to the control parts. To an output θ of a rotation detector 10, θa and θb added with magnetic pole adjusting elements θadja and θadjb, respectively, are given to a three-phase to two-phase converting part and a two-phase to three-phase converting part, respectively, a q-axis current is uniformly controlled, and magnetic flux is uniformly controlled in each system. SOLUTION: This device is constituted of two motor units EM101, EM102 which have the same or different electric characteristics. The two motor units are connected with a clutch CL101 and one of the motor unit and a load LD101 are connected with a clutch CL102. The load LD101 can be driven by letting one of the motor units serve as a driving motor by means of an external power supply PS101. Or, the other motor unit is let to serve as a generator to charge a battery BAT101 and then the other motor than the one which serves as a generator is operated by the battery BAT101 to drive the load LD101 by the output of it.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To regularly operate an engine at a highest efficiency point by serially connecting a plurality of transmission means formed of a motor and an epicyclic reduction gear to change the rotating speed of an engine. SOLUTION: In this transmission 6, the planetary gear 8 of an epicyclic reduction gear is inputted to connect the output shaft of an engine 1, and the rotating shaft of a motor 4 is connected to a sun gear 9. The output of the transmission 6 is a ring gar 10, and it is arranged so as to engage with a ring gear 11 that is the input of a transmission 7. In the transmission 7, the rotating shaft of a motor 5 is connected to a sun gear 13. The motors 4, 5 connected to, for example, two sets of the thus-constituted transmissions 6 and 7 are controlled, whereby the rotating speed of the engine 1 is changed to drive wheels 3. According to this structure, the engine 1 can be regularly operated at a high efficiency operating point in all cases of the gear shifting operation for increasing the rotating speed of the engine 1, the gear shifting operation for reducing the rotating speed, and non-gear shifting.
