    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor control system which makes soft-start possible for reduction of power consumption without increase of parts. SOLUTION: A motor and a relay switch for supplying power selectively to the motor are driven by the same power supply, and the motor control system raising gradually power voltage to make soft-start increasing gradually the rotation of the motor, drop the voltage in the range possible of holding operation of this relay switch after allowing the relay switch to operate before power supply to motor rising power voltage, and if it is, by rising gradually the voltage after that, the relay switch whose working voltage is in the range of voltage to operate the motor and whose reset voltage is lower than the minimum voltage to operate the motor, it is useful without providing another power supply and/or rising/falling voltage circuit. Degree of combination freedom of motor and relay without increase of parts, enlargement.weight of the system or increase of power consumption become high and its general purpose is improved.

    • PURPOSE:To raise the repeat reproducibility in a short time of slow start by timely cooling an NTC thermistor, in an object using the NTC thermistor having negative temperature resistance property, so as to gradually raise the number of revolutions by varying the quantity of current to a motor at power on. CONSTITUTION:A power switch 26, a controller 22 for the hooker of the switching mechanism of a shield plate 16, an NTC 15 are connected in series, and they are connected to a motor 11 through a relay switch 24 constituted of bimetal. When a power source switch 26 is off, the heat of NTC 15 is radiated naturally by opening the shield plate 16, and also when the motor 1 gets in rated operation state, and the relay switch 24 is changed over to the NTC pass side, it is cooled compulsorily by the air of an fan by opening the shield plate 16. On the other hand, when turning on the power switch 26 to start the motor 11, the temperature of the NTC is raised by closing the shield plate 16, and the resistance value is reduced gradually to start it slowly, and when the number of revolutions goes up, it is made to perform rated revolution by changing over the relay switch 24.

    • PURPOSE:To provide an electric motor vehicle controller which is inexpensive and preferable space efficient by employing the portion to be used only at starting time of a resistor connected in series with a DC motor as a vernier resistor. CONSTITUTION:Vernier resistance shorting contactors VR1-VR3 are connected as resistance value switching means to a starting rheostat SRe, and a breaker VK for connecting in parallel vernier resistors is connected thereto. When starting is completed and the rheostat SRe is shorted by the closure of the circuit of a resistor shorting breaker V1 and a resistor shorting contactor RO, a resistor inserting contactor RX is opened to separate the rheostat SRe, and by using the rheostat SRe as a vernier resistor series resistors MRe1-MRe3 are sequentially connected in parallel in every section by the contactors VR1-VR3 to thus finely control the resistance value. The starting rheostat SRe is used thus as a vernier resistor to improve inexpensively the space efficiency of an electric motor vehicle controller.
