摘要：シール用回転出力ユニット(3)では、磁性流体シール(13)によって外周面がシールされている円筒軸(12)の内側に回転出力軸(14)が配置され、円筒軸(12)と回転出力軸(14)の間はOリング(17、18)によってシールされている。中空モータ軸(9)に直結した場合の回転出力軸(14)の芯振れがOリング(17、18)によって吸収されるので、中空モータ軸(9)の軸受側あるいは磁性流体シール(13)の軸受(15、16)の側に無理な応力が発生することがない。円筒軸(12)は回転出力軸(14)と共に回転するので、これらの間をシールしているOリング(17、18)が摺動摩耗してシール性が低下することもない。中空モータ(2)に継ぎ手を介さずに直結して用いることのできる回転精度の高いシール用回転出力ユニットが得られる。

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing oil supply device of a rotary electric machine, in which separability of oil and water is improved.SOLUTION: A sealing oil supply device of a rotary electric machine includes: a vacuum chamber 5 that supplies a sealing oil to a shaft sealing unit (a sealer 3) of a rotary electric machine 1, in which a hydrogen gas is sealed, and recovers the sealing oil passed through the shaft sealing unit for vacuum degassing; and an oil separator 14 that takes in an exhaust gas exhausted from the vacuum chamber 5 via a vacuum pump 12 to separate oil and water from the exhaust gas. The oil separator 14 includes an introduction pipe 13 for the exhaust gas arranged to protrude from a bottom face to a predetermined height, and a guide pipe 20 having an inclined face 20a opening upward in a funnel shape. The oil and the water separated from the exhaust gas accumulate in a bottom portion of the oil separator 14 through the guide pipe 20, so that the oil is supplied to the vacuum pump 12 from a feed pipe 19 in a side face of the oil separator 14, and the water is exhausted to the outside through a water gage 17 connected to the bottom face.
