    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spot network receiving facility, where the network transformer of a conventional facility is eliminated and the receiving power of each line is directly distributed in the form of the receiving voltage. SOLUTION: Flow-limiting device 26A and 26B for supplying the receiving power of each line to a bus 27 by limiting the flow of a short-circuiting current, so that the short-circuiting protection cooperation with a power distribution system, including the network bus 27 at the downstream of receiving points 2A and 2B, and protector circuit breakers 10A and 10B can be made are provided, in place of the network transformer of each line. A facility is provided with capacitance parts 28A and 28B being provided between the bus side of the flow-limiting devices 26A and 26B and the ground. Next, the occurrence of such fault as the short-circuiting of the power system is detected with the charge voltage in the capacitance parts 28A and 28B as a voltage element, and directional relays (directional grounding relays 30A and 30B) for releasing the breakers 10A and 10B of the line of the fault system before system power failure are provided. Moreover, an inverse power, based on an inverse charge current from the bus 27 to the capacitance parts 28A and 28B is detected, and network relays 15A and 15B for opening the circuit breakers 10A and 10B of the line of the system that failed due to the power failure operation at the system side are provided.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a power source connected to a bus, which is not affected by fault to continuously transmit electric power by opening the accompanying circuit breaker and an appropriate load line switch and closing the faulty load line and a circuit breaker for power supply line, when a load line fault controller recognizes the fault. SOLUTION: When one of load line fault controllers 32a, and so on receives a fault detecting signal from one of load line fault detectors 30a, and so on, the controller 32a transmits a signal to the power supply line fault controller 24a, and so on connected with the bus 1, to which the faulty load line is connected. The power supply line fault controller 24a stops the power supply to the faulty load line group, by opening the corresponding circuit breaker 26a. When all the power supply lines receive signals indicating that all the lines are open, the power supply line fault controller 24a opens the corresponding switch 28a, and so on under a no-load condition. When the switch 28a is opened, the corresponding load line fault controller 32a supplies electric poser to the bus 16 and a non-faulty load line 20a, and so on, by transmitting a signal to the power supply line fault controller 24a and closing the corresponding circuit breaker 26 and so on.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correctly judge whether the reverse power is at a consumer terminal or at a main and back-up load system at the time when a breaker of a transformer station for a power supply is opened, by discriminating the consumer terminal reverse power detection characteristics of a spot network system by using the line power or a quantity of electricity obtained by subtracting the average power from the line power. SOLUTION: A line power calculating means 421 calculates the effective power Pi and reactive power Q1 for each line from each line current and line voltage. Then, an average power calculating means 422 calculates the average power of all the lines obtained by the line power calculating means 421. Then, a discrimination power judging means 423 calculates the discrimination power for earth line constituted of a difference between the power obtained by the line power calculating means 421 and the average power obtained by the average power calculating means 422, and then a reverse power judging means 424a applies the discrimination powers to the operating conditions for five relay elements to judge whether the power is reverse power or not. By this method, the reverse power at the consumer terminal and the reverse power at a main and back-up load system at the time when a power supply terminal is opened can be discriminated from each other.

    • PURPOSE: To obtain a spot network in which a fault generation position can be cut off from a power-supply passage by a method wherein a fuse, for reverse- current prevention, whose cutoff characteristic is close to that of a protective fuse is interposed and inserted in a position near a network bus. CONSTITUTION: When a short circuit or a ground fault is generated in a point B between a protect circuit breaker 10a in a supply line 4a and a fuse 14a for reverse-current prevention, a forward current I which is supplied from the side of a power-supply cable 1a exceeds a rated current IR so as to be increased to a fault current IS, and a protective fuse 8a or the protective circuit breaker 10a is cut off. In addition, a reverse current via a network bus 5 from other normal supply lines 4b, 4c flows to a fault generation point A via the fuse 14a for reverse-current prevention. In this case, since a reverse fault current which flows to the fault generation point B becomes 21S, the fuse 14a for reverse-current prevention is cut off after the time required for its cutoff has elapsed.
