Respective signal output means (probes 17 and 18) are provided in the square waveguides 5 and 6. A linear polarization signal can be received based on the output signal from one signal output means and the output signals from the both signal output means are synthesized. Then, a circular polarization signal can be received based on the synthesized signal.
