    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switch suitable for integration with a simple structure, capable of suppressing a cost low, by arranging electrodes in a cavity inside a magnetic circuit formed by a leakage magnetic field of the magnetic circuit, and by controlling a magnetic field distribution formed in the cavity by utilizing a magnetism change, changing by a temperature, of a temperature sensitive magnetic substance. SOLUTION: This temperature sensitive switch 10 has a main magnetic circuit and a sub-magnetic circuit. The main magnetic circuit is composed of a magnet 16, a temperature sensitive magnetic substance 19, an electrode 13, a main magnetic circuit aperture 15, namely, a part of the space inside a cavity, an electrode 14, and a temperature sensitive magnetic substance 20, and the sub-magnetic circuit is composed of the magnet 16 and a cavity space in the periphery of the magnet 16. As the temperature sensitive magnetic substances 19, 20 lose magnetism over the Curie temperature, such a formation is applied that, taking the Curie temperature as a prescribed temperature set beforehand, a magnetic resistance of the main magnetic circuit is set smaller than that of the sub-magnetic circuit below the prescribed temperature, and that the magnetic resistance of the sub-magnetic circuit is set smaller than that of the main magnetic circuit above the prescribed temperature.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To have the stabilized temperature characteristic without generating looseness of a reed switch driving unit so as to improve the reliability by pressing a reed switch driving unit for contact with a part of a housing body or a part of a fixing member for holding. SOLUTION: A fixing member 1, which is made of the non-magnetic material and which is provided with a flange 1a as a holding part for preventing a fall in an end thereof, is inserted between an inner diameter part of a reed switch driving unit, which is formed of a temperature sensitive magnetic body 4 and permanent magnets 3a, 3b, and a housing body 5 for housing a reed switch, and a coil spring 2 is arranged in the periphery of the fixing member 1 made of the non-magnetic material. One side of this spring 2 is held by a part of the fixing member as a supporting part by pressing the lead switch driving unit for contact with the flange 1a as a holding part, which is provided in the fixing member 1 made of the non-magnetic material, with the elastic force thereof. A cut-out part 1b can be provided near the end in place of the flange 1a.
