At the external end of the display plate 12, an operation knob 15 is provided which projects from the main body case 1 through a projection part 13. Then when the operation knob 15 is operated, the display plate 12 is rotated under the guidance of the guide groove and then the respective minute numbers B appear and disappear at the display part 5 of the dial 4.
