SOLUTION: First and second roller pairs 8 and 18 are composed of first and second notched rollers 9 and 19, and follower rollers 10 and 20. The phases of the notched parts of the first and second notched rollers 9 and 19 are different from each other. To eject an optical card C from a loading base 14, the first and second notched rollers 9 and 19 are rotated in a direction B' to first convey the optical card C in the direction of the circumferential surface A' of the second notched roller 19. Even when the tip of the optical card C reaches the circumferential surface of the first notched roller 19, and the circumferential surface of the second notched roller 19 slips on the optical card C because of a fingerprint, the optical card C is conveyed by the first roller pair 8 when next rotation is performed.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep a card carrying force for a long time by forming a fluororesin layer having a weak frictional force and a low tackiness on a card contact surface of a driven roll. SOLUTION: A fluororesin layer 7 which has a low coefficient of friction and is superior in thermal resistance, chemical resistance, water repellency and oil repellency, is formed on an outer periphery abutting with a card 8, namely, a contact surface 6 of a driven roll 5. Therefore, the contact surface 6 of the driven roll 5 has a weak frictional force and a low tackiness because of the fluororesin layer 7, and sticking of dirt to the contact surface 6 is reduced. A driving roll 2 and the driven roll 5 catch the card 8 between themselves to carry the card 8. Since the coefficient of friction and the tackiness of the contact surface 6 of the driven roll 5 abutting with the card 8 at this time are low, dirt and wax on the card 8 are hardly stuck to the driven roll. Thus, the frictional force to carry the card 8 is sufficiently appeared for a long time, and it is unnecessary to frequently clean the rolls 2 and 5.
