摘要： PURPOSE:To improve the responsiveness of the pressure control of a pressure reducing valve against the fluctuation of the load, by supplying positively a fluid to the operation of the main valve. CONSTITUTION:A 3-port type main valve 21 of a spool style is provided together with a pilot valve 22. The primary port (a) of the valve 22 is connected the primary port A of the valve 21. While the secondary port (b) of the valve 22 is connected to the secondary port B of the valve 21 respectively. When the secondary pressure PB of the port B drops suddenly less than a set level, a pressure fluid is supplied positively to the end at the other side of a main spool 25 of the valve 21 as well as the port B from the port (a) through the compact valve 22 having the high responsiveness before the valve 21 works.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a constantly stable condensation effect and to eliminate accumulations of fine grains in a separated water recycling system, by keeping at a substantially constant level a recovery rate of a centrifugal separator calculated from the contents of condensed sludge and separated water during a precondensation step using a centrifugal separator. CONSTITUTION:A sludge is charged to a centrifugal separator 10 by a pump 22. In the separator 10, the sludge is divided to a solid part and a liquid part by the rotations of an outside drum 12 and an inside drum 14. The condensed sludge is scraped out along the direction A, and carried to a freeze-thaw vessel through a conduit 16. The separated water overflows along the direction B, and is discharged through a conduit 18. The discharged water is optionally recycled to a sludge storing vessel. During this separation step, the contents of the separated water and the sludges before and after condensation are detected by potentiometers 30, 26 and 28, respectively. Each content signal is carried to a computer 32 by which a recovery rate is calculated. In order to keep at a constant level the recovery rate calculated by the computer 32, a controller 34 feeds a rotation speed increase signal to a speed variable motor 36, so that an amount of a sludge being charged is controlled in accordance with the variation of a supplied sludge content by the operation of the pump 22.

摘要： PURPOSE:To drive a controller while improving hysteresis characteristics without adding a position sensor by sending a correction signal, generated by adding a command signal to a signal from a function generator, to the controller. CONSTITUTION:When a command signal X1 is inputted from a command device 1 to the 1st register 2, the register 2 stores the X1 and outputs a signal R1=X1. In this case, the value R2 of the 2nd register 3 is 0, so the output C of a subtracter 4 is equal to the X1 and inputted to a function generator 5. Since C=X1, namely, C>0, the generator 5 sends a signal (a) as its output (d) to an adder 6, which adds the (a) to the command signal X1 by e=R1+d to output a correction signal (e). It is amplified by a factor K at an amplifier 7 to input a signal I=K(X1+a) to a stroke valve, thus obtaining a storke signal y=Y1. Consequently, the relation between the command signal (x) and the amount of a stroke is varied according to ideal characteristics to remove the influence of hysteresis.
