    • PURPOSE:To perform a current ratio test and a polarity confirmation test at the same time by making a small sinewave current come from a current generating part to pass through a matching part and an amplifier part. CONSTITUTION:The small sinewave current (a) is supplied by the current generating part 1 to the matching part 2 and the primary winding 6 of a current transformer to be tested. Next, the current (a) is converted to a reference current (b) through the matching part 2 and the amplifier part 3, then supplied to a differential voltage detecting part 4. On the other hand, the current (a) supplied to the primary winding 6 of the current transformer to be tested is supplied to the differential voltage detecting part 4 generating a secondary winding current (c) in accordance with the winding ratio of the primary winding 6 and the secondary winding 7. By the detection part 4, the differential voltage is detected in the manner of combining the currents (b) and (c), and converted to a display signal (f) then sent to the display part 5. The signal (f) is indicated on the display part 5. The winding ratio of the primary winding and the polarity for the current transformer are thus tested at the same time.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce a measuring error, by detecting a difference of input/output currents of a transformer by the same current probe, and detecting a difference of input/output voltages of the transformer by the same voltage probe. CONSTITUTION:An output of an oscillator 2 of a loss measuring device 1 supplies power to the primary side of a transformer to be tested 3. Also, the secondary side of the transformer 3 is connected to a load 4. In this state, a current probe 11 detects a difference of an input current and an output current of the transformer 3. Also, a voltage probe 12 detects a difference of input voltage and output voltage of the transformer 3. Outputs of the current probe 11 and a voltage probe 5, and outputs of current probe 10 and the voltage probe 12 are inputted to U-function meters 6, 9, respectively, and each cross power is derived. Subsequently, a transformer loss is derived by the sum of each cross power.
