    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus capable of simultaneously sampling groundwater samples corresponding to various analytical purposes in multiple depths without being restricted by the number of samplers which can be spread in groundwater holes and a target depth.SOLUTION: In a sampler for simultaneously sampling groundwater samples in multiple depths, couplers are connected to both ends of a sampling pipe composed of a metallic pipe material, the sampler is located in a target depth, a socket and a plug composing each coupler are coupled with each other to open both the ends of the sampler, and after introducing groundwater so as to be able to freely flow in/out, the sockets or the plugs are separated from couplers connected on both the ends of sampling pipe through a lifting device in the target depth to close both the ends of the sampling pipe. Further, many groundwater sample samplers are continuously connected in a longitudinal direction by coupling means.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-point water sampling apparatus, capable of easily collecting water samples from multi points in one diving, of being made small in size and lightened to improve the effective utilization of a space and the traveling function of a submersible, and reducing the number of components including pressure members to lower the cost. SOLUTION: This water sampling apparatus, collecting seawater in a prescribed sea area into a plurality of water sampling cells, is provided with a pump for introducing the seawater into the plurality of the water sampling cells via a suction check valve, directional control valves installed by the same number as that of the water sampling cells in a suction pipe line connecting the water sampling cells and the pump for selectively switching the connection of a water passage between each water sampling cell and the pump, a solenoid device to open or close the directional control valve, and a control device that receives a water sampling command to output opening/closing operation signals to the solenoid device. In the solenoid device, circuits each of which comprises solenoids and diodes are connected in a matrix form, and each of the inlet parts of a Y axis and an X axis in the matrix has a relay.
