    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily alter and widen a range of the detection of water level differences without having to upsize the size, and to reduce costs, facilitate a monitoring work, and improve safety.
      SOLUTION: The water level difference meter for detecting a water level difference between a water level of a first channel and a water level of a second channel comprises: a first pulley for converting vertical movements of a first float associated with changes in the water level of the first channel into rotational movements; a second pulley for converting vertical movements of a second float associated with changes in the water level of the second channel into rotational movements; a first speed reducing mechanism having a first rotating plate for reducing the speed of the first pulley and transmitting a rotational force of the same; a second speed reducing mechanism having a second rotating plate for reducing the speed of the second pulley and transmitting a rotational force of the same; and a detecting means which operates when the water level difference exceeds a prescribed range in the case that at least the water level of the first channel is higher than the water level of the second channel.

SOLUTION: By adopting a planetary gear mechanism where grease oil is filled for driving a take-up drum 17, conflicting operations can be made where the take-up drum 17 idles when the float goes down and a suspension string 4 is taken up by a motor when the float goes up and the suspension string 4 slacks. Then, tension is given to the suspension string 4 by a movable arm 20 with a proper weight being mounted to an idler 23 and the viscosity of grease oil being filled into the planetary gear mechanism, slippage between a pulley 7 and the suspension string 4 is prevented, the operation of the on/off of a limit switch 24 is simplified by converting the slack of the suspension string 4 to the move of the movable arm 20, and visibility is improved by transferring the move of the pulley 7 to an indicator 2 by a worm and a worm wheel 12.

SOLUTION: A fuel tank 2 for storing a fuel for heating is adjacently arranged in a number of cultivation greenhouses 1, an automatic alarm device 3 for remaining amount of oil is provided at each fuel tank 2, and an alarm signal is issued when the remaining amount of oil reaches a prescribed value or less. An alarm signal is sent from a radio-type transmitter 33 to a radio-type receiver 5 that is provided at a producer's home 4, the output of the radio-type receiver 5 is inputted to an automatic reporting device 6, and the reception of the alarm signal is displayed and at the same time, is transmitted to the computer of a central monitoring center 8 via a telephone line 7. The computer 9 arranges a signal from the automatic reporting device 6 at a number of producer's homes, prepares oil supply procedure data to each fuel tank 2, and sends it to a fuel distribution center 6 of a telephone line 61, thus fuel can be efficiently distributed and oil supply mistakes is prevented from occurring.
