摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibrational drying method of a new constitution capable of obtaining fine powder of nano order in performing vibrational drying to a solid-liquid disperse system material (slurry material) applying fine powder as a dispersed material and liquid as a dispersion medium. SOLUTION: The drying method for the slurry material is constituted. In a treatment chamber 16 having a doughnut-shaped portion 16a at its bottom portion, of a vibrational drying machine 12, a paste creating process (1) executed in a stationary state, a condensed lump creating process (2) executed in a vibrated state, and a fine powder creating process (3) executed by vibration and gas injection are performed. In the paste creating process, the slurry material is heated and decompressed in the stationary state and condensed to a paste state. In the condensed lump creating process, the condensed lump is created by vibration. In the fine powder creating process, the condensed lump is autogenously crushed by injection of convergent flow from an injection nozzle 30 and vibration of a vibration motor 18 and the like. The fine powder created by autogenous crush is ordinarily changed to aerosol and moved by differential pressure to a powder recovering tank (cyclone-type solid-gas separator) 14. SOLUTION: The agitation apparatus has the rotary cylindrical body 1, the inner surface of which keeps a plurality of lifting plates 4 projectedly arranged, wherein the lower end of a screw blade 5, installed to a rotary shaft 50 which is inserted into the inner part of the rotary cylindrical body in the axial direction to be axially supported, is axially supported as to come close to the lifting plates downwards the inner part of the rotary cylindrical body, and a powder sucking apparatus 7 for recovering floating powder by aspirating the inner air of the rotary cylindrical body, wherein the powder sucking apparatus is formed so that this apparatus makes the raw material to be agitated move towards the exhaust opening 11 while making the raw material to be agitated mix agitate by rotation of the screw blade.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a harmful substance such as dioxin from being synthesized by providing a steam generating device which feeds steam into a dryer main body, and making the steam generated by the steam generating device react with waste which is thrown into the dryer main body. SOLUTION: Waste which is thrown into a dryer main body 4 is stirred by a rotating drum inside, and thus, a loosening effect of the waste being carried and a uniform contact with a gas stream are tried to be obtained, and an effective drying becomes possible. On the upstream side of the dryer main body 4, a steam generator 3 and a heater 8 are arranged, and steam of a pressure which is approx. equal to the atmospheric pressure is introduced into the dryer main body 4 from there. The steam generated from the steam generator 3, is overheated by the heater 8, and becomes an overheated steam of 100 deg.C or higher. By this constitution the waste can be dried without generating dioxin, and the changing refuse into a solid fuel becomes easier.
