    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agitation apparatus which can fully mix agitate a raw material to be agitated while moving it to an exhaust opening in a rotary cylindrical body, also fully dry the raw material to be agitated, and separate the material to be agitated into pieces of aggregates and powder and which can prevent the raw material to be agitated, sticking to the inner surface of the rotary cylindrical body, from growing over the height of a lifting plate, and make powder sufficiently float to be effectively recovered.
      SOLUTION: The agitation apparatus has the rotary cylindrical body 1, the inner surface of which keeps a plurality of lifting plates 4 projectedly arranged, wherein the lower end of a screw blade 5, installed to a rotary shaft 50 which is inserted into the inner part of the rotary cylindrical body in the axial direction to be axially supported, is axially supported as to come close to the lifting plates downwards the inner part of the rotary cylindrical body, and a powder sucking apparatus 7 for recovering floating powder by aspirating the inner air of the rotary cylindrical body, wherein the powder sucking apparatus is formed so that this apparatus makes the raw material to be agitated move towards the exhaust opening 11 while making the raw material to be agitated mix agitate by rotation of the screw blade.

      SOLUTION: A back flow paddle (back flow plate) 12 (a general term of back flow paddles 12a-12f) is constituted of a plate-shaped member to be set to a simple form. Further, by arranging a plurality of the back flow paddles 12 along the spiral shape of blades 10 and 11, ready-mixed concrete is sent in the direction reverse to the blades 10 and 11 to be circulated in a drum 3. Since the back flow paddle 12 thus constituted is easy to manufacture and also easy to attach, the inexpensive stirrer easy to manufacture can be provided.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent falling of scraping-up ability due to gradual sticking of a raw material onto a raw material scraping plate provided inside a rotary system blender when the raw material is blended by the rotary system blender. SOLUTION: A raw material scraping-up part 10 provided on an inwall of a rotary cylindrical body 1 so as to protrude inside is made to have mobile structure with which protruding state is variable. A contacting member 20, which temporarily changes the protruding state by coming into contact with the scraping-up part when the scraping-up part 10 rotates together with the rotary cylindrical body 1, is arranged. Thereby at the time of scraping, the scraping-up part is held in a prescribed protruding state and/when scraping-up is unnecessary, the scraping-up part is brought into contact with the contacting member to promote dropping of the stuck raw material. The raw material stuck to the scraping-up part can be removed by utilizing rotary force of the rotary cylindrical body and thereby the stuck material on the scraping-up surface can be removed automatically and at a low cost and scraping-up performance can be excellently maintained.

The baffle member is for storing a part of the granular body in the baffle tool, moving in the V-character of the baffle tool or separating the flow of the granular body to both side of the baffle tool.
