    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot-water heating apparatus preventing the reduction of indoor oxygen concentration even if the water heating apparatus is used in a cold district where outside air temperature drops in winter and in midwinter.
      SOLUTION: In this apparatus, heating circulation water is heated through a heat exchanger 9 by heat generated in a burner part 8. The circulation water is conveyed to a radiator 28 via warm water routes 4, 5, and warm air is set out. Furthermore, high concentration enriched oxygen generated by an oxygen enrichment device comprising an oxygen enrichment membrane 18, a suction pump 20 and an air route 6 is conveyed to an indoor equipment 27. At least one of the oxygen enrichment membrane 18 and suction pump 20 which constitute the oxygen enrichment device and air transmitting the oxygen enrichment membrane 18 is heated by heat generated from the burner part 8, the heat exchanger 9, a circulating pump 11 and the warm water route.
