摘要： A steam generation boiler includes a bottom portion and a roof portion, as well as walls that extend vertically between the bottom portion and the roof portion, thus forming a reaction chamber of the steam generation boiler, the walls of which reaction chamber embody a structure that includes steam generator pipes. The steam generation boiler includes, in its lower portion, at least one wall section tapering towards the bottom portion. A first group of steam pipes in the tapering wall section is arranged to pass from the wall plane into the reaction chamber and to extend from the wall plane to the bottom portion of the steam generation boiler on the side of the reaction chamber forming a wall in the reaction chamber, and a second group of steam pipes is arranged to pass to the bottom portion along the wall plane.

SOLUTION: A water supply port 9 is provided at the lower end of the pipe 3 of this steam generator 1 and a steam generating port 11 is provided at the upper end of the pipe 3. On the upstanding section 3b of the pipe 3, heat- exchanging fins 5 are radially provided. Below the fins 5, a burner 7 is set up so as to surround the upstanding section 3b and the flame of the burner 7 hits the fins 5. Since this steam generator 1 is constituted to intensively heat the water in the pipe 3, the heating efficiency becomes higher and the time required until steam is generated after the burner 7 is ignited becomes shorter. In addition, since the heat-exchanging fins 5 are provided, the heating ability of the generator is further improved.

摘要： PURPOSE:To reduce the size of a gas boiler and inhibit the generation of NOx and enhance boiler efficiency and minimize combustion noise by supplying pre-mixed gas to a burner consisting of a sintering board made of metal or ceramic-made fiber. CONSTITUTION:A burner 21 provides two burner plates laid out in parallel at a given span and closes their tip. The burner plates are formed with a stainless steel-made long fiber raw material sintered and provides a porosity in the range of 85 to 95%. Therefore, if the pre-mixed gas is supplied to the burner plates, the pre-mixed gas will be sprayed from the whole surfaces of the burner plates equally. Then, the pre-mixed gas is ignited, flames will spread all over the surfaces of the burner plates, form plane flames and start combustion, thereby preventing the flames from being separated far from the surfaces of the burner plates. The radiation heat generated from the plane flames overheats a boiler drum water in water tubes 20 and 22. This construction makes it possible to eliminate the need for a combustion chamber and reduce NOx with lowered flame temperature and enhance boiler efficiency as well.

摘要： PURPOSE:To shorten the steaming-up time and control the amount of steam generation in multistage manner by a method wherein, in a once-through type title boiler, a plurality of the lower ends of water pipes which are closed and built-in in an electricity heater, are formed upright, and their upper parts are supported by a horizontal header, while their lower ends are connected with water supply pipings via branch pipes. CONSTITUTION:A horizontal header 1 supports the upper ends of water tubes 2, the lower ends which are closed, and sheathe-heater 3 are arranged in water tubes 2 via branch pipes 4, while at the lower ends of respective water tubes 2, water supply piping 5 is connected via branch pipings 4. In this structure, water is fed to the predetermined level in water tubes 2, each of electric heaters 3 is energized and the steam is generated. In this case, only at the portion where there exists no lower headers, a held water amount is decreased by that amount, thereby a steaming up period is shortened. Further, by making ON/OFF operation of each of electric heaters as occasion requires, the generated amount of steam is controlled in multistage manner.
