    • PURPOSE:To make it possible to use a low temperature heat medium, such as water as a high temperature heat medium, by connecting a high pressure holder to which non-condensable gas is sealed to a flow passage where high temperature fluid is flowing, and applying pressure to the liquid flowing in the passage. CONSTITUTION:An accumulation tank 1 is provided with a heat exchanger section 3 which transmits the heat accumulated in an accusation member 2 inside the accumulation tank to a heat medium inside, and a closed-shaped circulation passage 5 for heat medium including a heat exchanger section 4 which exchanges heat between a fluid to be used by heating and a heat medium. At the top of the ring-shaped passage 5 is connected a high pressure holder 6 to which none-condenced gas, such as nitrogen gas is sealed. A safety valve 7 is connected to this high pressure holder 6. It is desirable that all parts excluding the heat exchanger 4 between the accumulator 1 in the ring-shaped passage and the fluid to be used should be coated with insulation 8. On the way of the ring-shaped passage 5 installed is a pump which drives the heat medium if required. If a pressure which exceeds the pressure required to maintain the liquid phase is applied to the pressure prevailing in the ring-shaped passage, the vaporization in that part can be inhibited. At the same time, the damage to the system can be prevented as well.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compressed steam supply system and a method of operating the same capable of eliminating a waste of compression power to be generated by raising the steam pressure to an excessively high pressure.
      SOLUTION: This compressed steam supply system includes: a steam compressor 2 which compresses flash steam supplied from a flash tank 1 to an inlet side thereof; and steam supply pipes 31-33 respectively connecting loads 41-43 of destinations of a plurality of steam different in the pressure and an outlet side of the steam compressor 2 to each other. Pressure reduction valves 52 and 53 are provided in the steam supply pipes 32 and 33 except the steam supply pipe 31 connected to the load 41, in which the pressure to be requested is the largest. Check valves 61 and 62 are provided in the steam supply pipes 31 and 32 except the steam supply pipe 33 connected to the load 43, in which the pressure to be requested is the smallest. When supplying the steam to any one or the plurality of loads 4 among the plurality of loads 41-43, the compression pressure of the steam compressor 2 is adjusted to supply the steam in order from the load 4, in which the pressure to be requested is the smallest, among the loads 4, to which the steam is to be supplied.
