    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a marine-gear apparatus which transmits a rotational power from a main engine mounted in a ship to a propeller, and reduces an operation force necessary for manually operating a forward/backward operation tool for switching a forward/backward switching mechanism.SOLUTION: A marine-gear apparatus 21 includes: an input shaft 23 to which a rotational power from a main engine 20 is inputted; a forward/backward switching mechanism for switching the rotational power of the input shaft 23 to an output for one of a forward moving, a neutral, and a reverse rotation; an electrically-drive type direct drive actuator 50 having a rod 52 which proceeds or recedes in association with an operation of a forward/backward operation tool; and an actuation body 46 which switches the forward/backward switching mechanism into one of a forward moving state, a neutral state, and a backward moving state by a rotation movement. The electrically-drive type direct drive actuator 50 and the actuation body 46 are connected to each other via a conversion mechanism 53 for converting a proceeding/receding movement of the rod 52 into a rotation movement of the actuation body 46.

    • PURPOSE:To easily specify velocity curve of a slider to be a required form in a crank mechanism for reciprocating the slider by providing cam followers on an oscillation arm journalled to a crank arm, and set them along cams. CONSTITUTION:A crank arm 1 is fixed to a crank shaft 2 which is driven and rotated through a chain sprocket and the like, and journalled to a case 10. An oscillation arm 4 is oscillatably supported to the crank arm 1 by means of a shaft 3. A base end of a connecting rod 8 is journalled to the oscillation arm 3 by means of a crank pin 7, while a reciprocable slider 12 is pivoted to a small end 8b of the connecting rod 8. The oscillation arm has a substantially convexed form, and provided with cam followers on bilateral sides thereof by means of shafts 5. The cam followers 6 whose axial directions are differentiated from each other are respectively in rolling contact with cams 9 fixed to the case 10 and arranged in front and rear stages. The oscillation arm 4 is oscillated at the rotaiton time of the crank shaft 2, and velocity curve of the slider 12 is specified to be a required form.
