摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a silent turbo fan engine of a core engine separation type allowing reduction of noise generated by a control propelling device by using high pressure air as working fluid of a turbine for driving a control fan for controlling a body attitude. SOLUTION: The control fan 17 constituting the control propelling device 4 disposed for controlling the body attitude of the turbo fan engine 1 of the core engine separation type is driven by an air turbine 19 using as the working fluid the high pressure air compressed by a compressor 6 of the core engine 2 and supplied through a duct 10. Speed of the working fluid discharged from the control fan 17 and the air turbine 19 is lower than that of the working fluid discharged from the propelling device 3 for propelling, and is as low as that required for attitude control, so that the noise occurring from the control propelling device 4 is reduced. 摘要： PURPOSE: To raise total efficiency by changing the geometry of a low pressure gas turbine so as to change the speed of the low pressure gas turbine, and regulating electric power to a desired value. CONSTITUTION: An electrical generator 12 is connected a high pressure gas turbine 10. Heat exchanging between exhaust gas from a low pressure gas turbine 13 and compressed air from a high pressure compressor 11 is effected in a recuperator 18. An intermediate cooler 22 is arranged between a low pressure compressor 14 and the high pressure compressor 11, and an exhaust gas heat exchanger 19 is arranged in an exhaust gas system for generating hot water. The speed of the low pressure gas turbine 13 is changed by changing the geometry of the low pressure gas turbine 13 by means of a regulator 15 so as to regulate electric power to a desired value. Heat is regulated to a desired value by changing the flow rate in a by-pass 20 of the recuperator 18. Thus, it is possible to raise the total efficiency of both electricity and heat.

CONSTITUTION:A two shaft type high temperature gas turbine is composed of a compressor 1, an intake air duct 2, an exhaust air duct 3, a heat exchanger 4, an intermediate duct 5, a combustor 6, a combustor outer cylinder 7, a compressor driven turbine 8, an output turbine 9 and the like. In this constitution, the output turbine 9 is arranged beneath the combustor 6, and the compressor driven turbine 8 is arranged in the downstream of the output turbine 9 concurrently. Then, the compressor driven turbine 8 is driven by gas dropped in both temperature and pressure after the output turbine 9 has been driven by gas kept high in both temperature and pressure exhausted from the combustor 6. Owing to this constitution, the combustor 6 and the output turbine 9 forming a high temperature section is completely separated from both the compressor 1 and the compressor driven turbine 8 forming a low temperature section.
