When the nut 3 is rotated by a knob section 3a formed at the base end section of the nut 3, the mounting seat plate 4 of the latch device 6 is clamped and fixed on the front side of the door 1. A hook lever 6a pivoted by the fixing body of the latch device 6 by a pivotal shaft 6b constrains a handle for opening and closing the door at the place of the closing of the door.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent damage to lever related parts from occurring by a method wherein a control piece is inserted into between a push lever and a stopper cam to intercept associated motion between the piece and the cam when a lock rod is at a locked position and a drive member is operated to drive the piece and cam in association with each other. SOLUTION: A door is closed and an operation handle 3 is inserted into a body case 2 and rotated to turn a lock rod 5 to a locking position in association with the handle 3. At that moment, a hook at the end of the rod is brought into engagement with a receiver on the side of a fixed frame to lock a door on the frame so that a control piece is put at a position where the piece is disengaged from a stopper cam 12. Therefore, even if a push lever is erroneously pushed in, the lever causes the control piece to slip so that rotational power is not transmitted from the lever to the cam 12. Further a lock cam 11 is held so as to restrain a lock bar 16 of the handle 3 at a retracted position.
