    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hammering machine which is extended in service life.
      SOLUTION: The hammering machine is formed of: a housing 210; a rotary body 300 supported rotatably on a rotation axis in the housing 210, to be driven for rotation; guide surfaces 251, 252 arranged in the housing 210 and formed into cylindrical internal surfaces about the rotation axis of the rotary body 300; a hammering body 400 having a cylindrical external surface, for performing rotation while rolling on the guide surfaces 251, 252 by the rotation of the rotary body 300; and a hammering work body 500 reciprocatively supported in a direction orthogonal to the rotation axis. According to the operation of the hammering machine, by colliding with the cylindrical external surface of the hammering body 400 against the hammering work body 500, a continuous hammering force is applied to the hammering work body 500. The guide surfaces 251, 252 include band-shaped regions 251a, 252a at locations separate from each other in a rotation axis direction, and a recessed section 255 is defined between the band-shaped regions 251a, 252a that is recessed from the guide surfaces 251, 252.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the work performed by human labor when driving a pile using a mechanized pile driver. SOLUTION: An impact fitting 8 is attached to a guide shaft metallic bar 3 integrally with a slide fitting through a weight fitting 6 for impact integrating a spring 5 and a pushing-up receive fitting 7 and the impact fitting 8. A cam type pushing-up fitting 12 is attached to an electric gear motor 11 to rotate it and push up the spring 5, the weight fitting 6 for impact, and the pushing-up receive fitting 7. The pushing-up receive fitting 7 comes off a vertex of the cam type pushing-up fitting 12 to push out the weight fitting 6 for impact by repulsion force of the spring 5 compressed upward. The impact fitting 8 in a condition in which the pile driver 13 is attached on a pile 4 in a lower part slides and comes out on a guide fitting 9 due to self-weight of the pile driver 13 to impact the impact fitting 8 continuously at an impact interval and add self-weight of the pile driver 13 to drive the pile 4. In a case provided by integrating a case 1 for impact and an electric gear motor case 2, a plumb-bob fitting 15 is provided so that it is combined with a handle 14 to hold it stably and the pile 4 can be vertically and accurately driven.
