摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a papermaking screen structure for producing oil-blotting paper that exhibits an excellent feeling by hand-papermaking and has excellent touch and sebum removal, a papermaking cylinder, a paper machine equipped with the papermaking screen structure and a method for producing oil-blotting paper.
SOLUTION: The papermaking structure to be arranged on the circumference of the papermaking cylinder comprises an uppermost net 15 with 5-40 meshes as a first papermaking screen and an upper net 14 with 60-100 meshes as a second papermaking screen piled and arranged under the fist papermaking screen. The papermaking screen structure is stretched and piled on a cylinder mold on which an under net 13 with 5-40 meshes is stretched to give the papermaking cylinder. Base paper for oil-blotting paper is made by a paper machine equipped with the cylinder. After papermaking, the base paper is dried, densified by beating or super calender processing, cut and bound to give oil-blotting paper as a product.

CONSTITUTION: In a screen cylinder 31 for paper-making, being equipped with a rotation shaft 2 and a cylinder 3 which rotates together with the shaft, as it is supported thereby, and is equipped with a paper-making screen on its outer periphery, the cylinder is constituted with a plurality of discontinuous rings 5 and sliding bars 6 supporting each ring are arranged between each ring and the rotation shaft. Further, the rotation shaft 2 is tapered in the longitudinal direction and made reciprocative so that the diameter of the cylinder 3 is expanded or shrunk through the slide bar 6 corresponding to the reciprocation of the rotation shaft 2 where paper is made when the cylinder is expanded, while a screen 4 is exchanged when it is shrunk. Since the diameter of the screen cylinder is simply expanded or shrunk only by sliding the rotation shaft 2 in the longitudinal direction, the paper-making screen 4 can be readily exchanged with other screens having a variety of patterns or marks whereby the production costs are largely reduced and the small lot production becomes possible.
