    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clothing dryer in which the rotation of a motor securely transmits to a rotating drum and a blow fan to stably rotate.SOLUTION: The clothing dryer comprises a rotating drum 22 rotatably provided within a body 23, a blow fan 29 blowing air for drying heated with heating means 31 into the rotating drum 22, a motor 28 driving the rotating drum 22 and the blow fan 29, and a plurality of first rollers 26a and 26b supporting the front of the rotating drum 22 from downward. The backside of the rotating drum 22 is supported with a supporting part 27 and the circumference part of the front side of the rotating drum 22 is in contact with the plurality of first rollers 26a and 26b. At least one of the rollers is anchored to one side of a rotating axis 28a of the motor 28 and rotates the rotating drum 22. The blow fan 29 is anchored in the other side of the rotating axis of the motor 28.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a permanent magnet rotary electric machine for driving a fan of a washing and drying machine which is applicable to high-speed rotation and whose temperature rise can be suppressed especially in the case of light load.
      SOLUTION: The permanent magnet rotary electric machine has a stator on which armature windings are provided in a plurality of slots formed in a stator core. A rotor having permanent magnets inserted into a plurality of permanent magnet insertion holes formed in a rotor core is supported rotatably on the inside circumference of the stator via a prescribed gap. Cut surfaces are formed on the outside circumferential surface between the permanent magnets in the rotor core. When the opening of rotor magnetic cores positioned at the top part of the permanent magnets is denoted as θ1, the opening of teeth width as θ2, and the pitch of slots as θ3, the machine is structured so as to satisfy the condition of θ2≤θ1≤θ3. The ratio (θ2/θ3) is set to ≥55%. When the opening of magnetic pole pieces extended in the circumferential direction at the inside circumferential side of teeth is denoted as θ4, the ratio (θ2/θ4) is set to ≥64%.

    • PURPOSE:To simplify the constitution of a device by forming the same frequency signal as the electromagnetic vibration component desired to be negated in synchronization with a commercial power source, correcting this signal in accordance with the electromagnetic vibration component desired to be negated and applying this signal to a negation vibration generating means, thereby generating the prescribed negation vibrations. CONSTITUTION:The electromagnetic vibrations proportional to the frequency of the commercial power source 30 are generated in a rotating direction in a motor 3. The vibrations are detected via a holder 5 by a vibration detecting sensor 21 and are inputted to an arithmetic section 37 of an excitation control section 22. This arithmetic section 37 extracts the prescribed frequency, i.e., the frequency component g of the electromagnetic vibrations generated in the motor from the sinusoidal signal corresponding to the combined vibration component. A subtraction circuit 36, then, calculates the sinusoidal signal corresponding to the amplitude difference from the phase inversion sinusoidal signal e formed by an inversion phase circuit 35 and outputs this signal to a driving circuit 38. This driving circuit 38 applies the sinusoidal signal h corresponding to this amplitude difference to an excitation device 20 which excites the holder 5 in the vibration negation direction.
