摘要： PURPOSE:To enable the uniform dyeing of a cloth with a simple apparatus by charging a dyeing object into a middle basket having double-cylinder structure and a number of small holes on the side wall, immersing the basket in a dyeing bath in a cylindrical tank and vertically oscillating the basket while heating the bath at a temperature within a specific range. CONSTITUTION:A dyeing object is charged to a middle basket 2 having double- cylinder structure and a number of small holes 6 on the side wall and the top of the inner cylinder 3 is sealed. The middle basket 2 is immersed in a cylindrical dyeing tank 1 containing a mordant bath and the mordant is uniformly impregnated to the dyeing object. A separately prepared dyeing liquid is charged to the cylindrical dyeing tank 1, the middle basket 2 is vertically oscillated while heating the bath at 80-90 deg.C and the dyeing operation is performed over a prescribed period. The dyeing liquid is ejected through the small holes 6 of the outer cylinder 4 and the inner cylinder 3 against the dyeing object by the vertical motion of the middle basket 2 in the cylindrical dyeing bath 1 to effect the uniform impregnation of the bath to the inner part of the dyeing object.
