摘要： PURPOSE:To shorten the treatment time for pickling by heating a steel strip to the temp. above the b.p. under the atmospheric pressure of an acid soln. then conducting the steel strip to an acid tank and subjecting the same to an acid treatment. CONSTITUTION:A continuous pretreatment device for pickling is constituted of a heating water tank 17 and respectively a pair of sealing rolls 9a, b, 9c, d are installed to the inlet and outlet for the steel strip 1 of said tank to construct the tank 7 as a hermetic type. Pressurized water 8 of a high temp. heated by a heater 11 is sealed into the tank 7. The steel strip 1 is put into the tank 7 from the sealing rolls 9a, b and is guided by guide rolls 10a, b, c, so as to be introduced through the sealing rolls 9c, d into a pickling device.

At this time, the picking is executed in such a manner that the steel sheet after the annealing is immersed into a mixed soln. contg. nitric acid of 20 to 100 g/l concn. and hydrofluoric acid of 100 to 300 g/l concn. Furthermore, this mixed soln. is added with sulfuric acid or sulfurous acid as a hydrogen ion source. Moreover, electrolytic treatment is executed so as to make the steel sheet in the process of being immersed into the mixed soln. a cathode or an anode in alternation, and, furthermore, the electrolytic treating time is allowed to satisfy a ratio of (the cathode electrolytic treating time)/(the anode electrolytic treating time) of >=3.
