摘要： PURPOSE: To disperse an oil phase in a culture liquid in the form of fine particles and promote the proliferation of useful microorganisms such as actinomycetes and molds by emulsifying a culture liquid with an emulsifier composed of a specific inorganic solid. CONSTITUTION: A culture liquid composed of an oil phase and a water phase is emulsified with a fibrous clay mineral such as sepiolite (preferably the fiber diameter of the single fiber or its collected bundle is 60-400Å and the fiber length is 0.2-400μm). The oil (dispersoid) assimilable by useful microorganisms as a nutrient (raw material) is dispersed in the form of fine particles in the water phase (dispersion medium) containing living useful microorganisms to promote the fermentation and facilitate the recovery, purification, etc., of the fermentation product. The emulsification of the culture liquid is carried out by adding at least one kind of clay mineral selected from kaolin clay mineral, mica clay mineral, smectite clay mineral and fibrous clay mineral.

摘要： Deoxynarasin antibiotic complex, comprising 20-deoxynarasin and 20-deoxy-epi-17- narasin, is produced by submerged aerobic fermentation of Streptomyces aureofaciens NRRL 11181. 20-Deoxynarasin and 20-deoxy-epi-17- narasin are separated and isolated by chromatography. The deoxynarasin complex, 20-deoxynarasin and 20-deoxy-epi-17-narasin are antibacterial and anticoccidial agents and also increase feed-utilization efficiency in ruminants.
