摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for treating petroleum which enables recovery of a lot of value-added fractions having a boiling point lower than that of light oil by cracking a distillation residual oil under the normal pressure, thereby enables the economical and effective use of the distillation residual oil under the normal pressure, extremely simplifies a treating process and a treating system for an economical treatment of petroleum compared to a conventional process and a conventional system of discretely treating each distilled component by hydrogenating distilled oil under the normal pressure and low boiling point fractions obtained by cracking the distillation residual oil under the normal pressure at a time and to provide a treating system of petroleum having such a simple construction which can economically treat petroleum. SOLUTION: This method for treating petroleum comprises a process (A) of distilling crude oil under the normal pressure to separate the crude oil into distilled fractions under the normal pressure and a distillation residual oil under the normal pressure, a process (B) of cracking at least a part of the distillation residual oil under the normal pressure, a process (C) of separating the cracked compounds obtained by process (B) into low boiling point fractions and high boiling point fractions and a process (D) of hydrogenating the distilled oil under the normal pressure together with the low boiling point fractions.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently and easily gasify heavy oils and convert them into light oils, to inhibit facility corrosion and environmental pollution by easily converting metal components or sulfuric components contained in heavy oils into harmless inorganic salts and removing them, and to alleviate efforts for maintenance and increase the electric power generation efficiency of electric power generating devices. SOLUTION: A heavy oil, water and an alkali are maintained at the supercritical state of water and decomposed in a supercritical reactor 24 to generate a light oil component, a hydrocarbon gas, a metal oxide, an alkaline salt and supercritical water. The obtained decomposed product is maintained in an extractor 25 at a temperature and pressure equal to or below the subcritical state of water to extract a hydrocarbon gas, a light oil component and moisture from the decomposed product. The extracted hydrocarbon gas, light oil component and moisture are vapor-liquid separated by a vapor-liquid separator 27 into a hydrocarbon gas, a light oil component and moisture. The separated light oil component and moisture are separated into a light oil component and water by an oil-water separator 28.

摘要： PURPOSE:To decompose a halogenated aromatic compound into such concentration as incapable of being substantially detected, by keeping the ratio of alkali in a system at an initiating time equal to or above a specific value, when the aromatic compound is kept in contact with the alkali in an aprotic polar solvent for the prescribed time at the preset temperature. CONSTITUTION:In this alkali decomposition method for a halogenated aromatic compound, the ratio of alkali in a system at an initiating time is kept at 5,000mg/kg or more, when the compound and alkali are kept in contact with each other in an aprotic polar solvent for 1 to 10 hours at a temperature between 150 to 300 deg.C. When this method is used for decomposing alkali, a halogenated aromatic compound regarded as causing a problem on environmental protection or directly damaging a human body, even if small in an initiating substance, can be decomposed into such concentration as incapable of being substantially detected over a wide dilution range from 100% to several mg/kg.
