摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cement dispersant which is useable as a chemical admix ture for concrete or mortar, is a water reducing agent with high performance and capable of improving workability. SOLUTION: The cement dispersant, the main ingredient of which is polyester fibers covered with acrylic sizing agent, which is prepared by mixing two liquids of a lubricating preparation and acrylic synthetic paste, and adding natural active liquid obtained from vegetables therein, the solution for a sizing agent is obtained. A tow of polyester fiber is passed through the solution and imparts an electrostatic property. After that the polyester fibers is crushed, beaten, chopped up, into a very short fiber. One of characteristics of the dispersant is ionized in a short time and exhibits negative ion activity, if it is put into slurry of the concrete or mortar, and mixed before solidification.

The fiber concrete is produced by throwing the packaged material into a cement mixture and stirring the mixture to break the packaging material and uniformly mix the staple fibers composed of synthetic fibers into the cement mixture.
