The Fig. shown here is a phase diagram of Rex Nb1-x Se2 . This is obtained by a method wherein a mixture of metal powder of Re and Nb which are mixed at specified blending ratio and Se particles are sealed in vacuum and then is heat-treated at 950 deg.C for three days for unification and then is annealed at a specified temperature for seven days and then rapidly cooling and after that the structure of the mixture is analyzed by X-ray diffraction.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure a microwave with high absorption efficiency over a wide band by detecting temperature rise due to absorption of microwave of a microwave absorbing substance provided on the surface of a thermistor. SOLUTION: A measuring thermistor T1 is coated with a microwave absorbing material composed of a mismatching lamination structure substance having electrical conductivity. A measuring bridge in a measuring circuit 1 comprises two sides of the measuring thermistor T1 and a reference thermistor T2 and two sides of fixed resistors R1 , R2 facing each other wherein the fixed resistors R1 , R2 are interconnected at one ends thereof through a variable resistor VR for balancing. A power supply E is then applied between the joint of the thermistots T1 , T2 and the sliding end of the variable resistor VR and output voltages e1 , e2 are taken out, respectively, from the joint of the thermistor T1 and the fixed resistor R1 and the joint of the thermistor T2 and the fixed resistors R2 . More specifically, high frequency power applied to the thermistor T1 is measured based on the detected temperature difference between two thermistors T1 , T2 .

When the button 26 is pushed down, a high tension is generated by the piezoelectric element 24, the top of the powder 30 is ignited by the spark generated between the electrodes 28, the combustion of the powder is propagated gradually to the lower part of the powder 30, the fumigant is ignited, and the fume is discharged from the hole 22 of the top plate 18. The top of the rod-shaped powder 30 is composed of an ignition powder having low ignition temperature, and the following part of the rod is composed of powder having low rate of combustion.
