    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management system for a wheel lock capable of ensuring management of a wheel lock and securing safety start of a vehicle.
      SOLUTION: The management system is equipped with a power source 2 disposed on the wheel lock 1, a first switch 3 which is connected to the one end of the power source 2, disposed in the wheel lock 1 and closed by setting of the wheel lock 1 to the wheel 7, a first radio transmitter-receiver 4 disposed on the wheel lock 1, a second radio transmitter-receiver 12 disposed on a control board 11 of a vehicle 10 setting the wheel lock 1, a starting device 13 of the vehicle connected to the second radio transmitter-receiver 12, and a second switch 5 which is connected to the other end of the power source 2, disposed on the wheel lock 1, and closed by the reception of a first radio wave 8 which is transmitted from the second radio transmitter-receiver 12 simultaneously with an operation of the starting device 13. The system is equipped with an alarm device 14 which transmits the second radio wave 9 from the first radio transmitter-receiver 4 by forming the closed circuit of the power source 2, receives the second radio wave 9 by the second radio transmitter-receiver 12 of the control board 11 of the vehicle, and informs that the wheel lock 1 is set on the control board 11 of the vehicle setting the wheel lock 1.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a perpetual motion accident based on an overlooked use of a hand scotch body by providing a hand scotch use detecting means and a storage detecting means, detecting the non-use of the hand scotch body by the hand scotch use detecting means, and instructing the use of the hand scotch body on an alarm when the storage detecting means achieves the detection. SOLUTION: When a rolling stock is stored, a main circuit open switch MS is not closed, and a power source sensor MLS of a storage detecting means 9 achieves the detection. When no hand scotch body is engaged with a wheel, the hand scotch body is left engaged with a hand scotch body receiver, and an attachment detecting sensor HS of a hand scotch detecting means 3 detects the non-use of the hand scotch body. Thus, the power is supplied from an auxiliary power source BT to a normally-closed contact MSLb of the power source sensor MLS, a normally-opened contact HSa of the attachment detecting sensor HS, and a sound reproduction device RS1, and the alarm to instruct the use of the hand scotch body is given from an alarm SP by the command of a first control part 16.
